CALLING ALL CHEERLEADERS - Pre-K through 5th GRADE!
Join the Cistercian Hawks Cheerleaders for an afternoon of fun-filled cheer skills instruction, a pizza dinner, and a half-time performance under the Friday night lights!
Each camp participant will receive a t-shirt, cheer bow, mini-poms, and a photo/video link to remember her special day with the Hawks Cheerleaders.
FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 30 - SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES:
4:30-6:30pm Cheer, Dance, & Jump Instruction, Games, & Pizza Dinner - Cistercian Gym
6:45pm Little Hawks & Jr. Hawks Pre-Game Spirit Line - Cistercian Field
7:00pm Kick-off - Cistercian vs. John Cooper HS/Houston Varsity Football Game
8:30pm Half-time Performance on the Field for all Little Hawks & Jr. Hawks!
Where: Cistercian Gym-3660 Cistercian Rd., Irving
The Gym is located in the SE corner of campus. You'll enter the campus on the Lower Parking Lot level. Parking for the gym is on the Upper Parking Lot. Travel to the back of the Lower Lot and take the road traveling upward and around the school to reach the Upper Lot. From the Upper Parking Lot, there is a straight, covered walkway which will take you to the gym entrance.
Check-in Begins at 4:15.
Attire: Please have participants in shorts or a skort and athletic shoes. Black, white, or a solid short/skort will match our pink, black, & white camp t-shirts best. You'll receive your camper's t-shirt and cheer bow at check-in. Please help her change into her t-shirt and take her arrival top with you!
Bring a water bottle with her name on it. (We'll have extras, too)
Instruction in the gym ends at 6:30, then we'll head down with parents to the field to set up the pre-game spirit tunnel. Girls will be released to parents at that time, and are asked to return to the track for their half-time performance with 2:00 remaining in the 2nd quarter.
Parents, please have some cash for your ticket to the game or for concessions as they do not take credit cards. The girls will not need a ticket to the game. The temps will be slightly cool tonight, so please pack a sweatshirt or a light jacket so everyone is comfortable!
